It's a five-year journey, and together we'll make it happen. But sometimes it can be hard to see how your role fits in to the company's wider direction.

So that's why we've created the Big Picture and Vision 2020 Wheel - to explain how what we all do every day supports our priorities, our strategy and our values.

It also helps us to achieve everything we've set out to do together.

Every day that you come to work for Kier, you're a part of building something truly special.

The sheer scale of what we do together is incredible: from repairing 750,000 homes every year to delivering 1,000 pupil places each week. We even designed the iconic chimneys of the Battersea Power Station.
